Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms set out how you may use DrawZal, the macOS app, and the website drawzal.com (the "Service"), provided by DevBrothers (representative: Junhyuk Choi; "we", "us").

By downloading or using the Service or buying a paid license, you agree to these terms.

2. Who we are

3. The Service

DrawZal lets you draw on your Mac screen with pens, arrows, shapes, and text. The core drawing tools are free, and some features require a paid license (Pro). The free and Pro features and their prices are listed on the pricing page (drawzal.com/en/pricing/).

We may improve or change features. If we significantly reduce or remove a feature included in a paid license, we will tell you in advance.

4. Paid licenses and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, taxes, receipts, billing questions, and refunds, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

Prices are shown at checkout. Depending on where you live, sales tax or VAT may be included or added.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; you will not be charged again, and you can keep using the license until the end of the paid period.

A lifetime license is paid once and lets you use DrawZal Pro with no time limit for as long as we offer DrawZal, including future updates.

If you buy another product that includes DrawZal Pro, such as a CutZal subscription, you can use DrawZal Pro while you use that product.

5. Refunds

If you ask within 14 days of a purchase or renewal payment, we refund it in full, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy for details.

6. Your license to use the app

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DrawZal for personal or work purposes. We own the copyright and other intellectual property in the app and the website.

You may not:

7. Accounts

You may need to sign in with a DevBrothers account to verify a paid license. Keep your account and sign-in method secure, and do not let others use them.

8. Your content

Drawings, snapshots, and text you create with DrawZal are stored on your Mac and are not sent to us. You own this content and are responsible for it.

9. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it works without errors on every Mac setup or with every other app.

Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect or special damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer protection laws give you.

10. Changes to these terms

We will post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes that are less favorable to you. If you do not agree to the changes, you can stop using the Service.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you by email; otherwise it will be settled by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
