Refund Policy

14-day full refund

If you ask within 14 days of a purchase or renewal payment, we refund it in full, no questions asked.

How to ask

Use whichever is easier:

• the link in the receipt email from Paddle
• an email to hello@devbrothers.ai with your order number (or the email you paid with)

How refunds are processed

Paddle, the seller of record for your order, returns the money to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take a few days to show up.

A refund ends the Pro license from that order. Drawings and snapshot files you already made stay on your Mac.

Canceling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time, and you will not be charged again. Canceling and refunding are separate, so if you want your last payment back within 14 days, ask for a refund as well.

After 14 days

After 14 days we generally do not give refunds, except where the law requires one, for example if the Service is materially different from its description or cannot be used because of a defect.
